Half of our total acreage is the beach.  Most mornings you can see seals along the coast and sometimes even whales out in the ocean.  The property faces south over miles of coastline, which provides maximum hours of direct light and incredible sunsets and sunrises.

We've outfitted the place with everything a beach lover could dream of, from folding chairs to paddle boards to lobster pots.  And when you're ready to explore the rest of the island, we're a 20 minute walk to 'Sconset and the Summer House, or a drive of 15 minutes to town and no more than 25 minutes to anywhere else on the island.

Nantucket has deep historical roots as an old whaling village, and was made a National Historic Landmark District for being the "finest surviving architectural and environmental example of an 18th century New England seaport town."  The homes are all still shingled in gray, and the shops and restaurants are all boutiques - not a chain in sight!  The island will charm you with its wholesomeness and sincerity and amaze you with its incredible views and delicious seafood.  Visitors often feel instantly at-ease the moment they step off their boat or plane.  And while the residents are largely seasonal, we think Nantucket is wonderful year-round.

Whales Watch sits on a bluff in Tom Nevers Head on Nantucket, MA, New England's most charming escape!
